The tuesday gig was lightly attended, to say the least. But it was a good first practice gig, and everything went really well. The audience was almost totally hot chicks. The audience was also about 5 people. So tonight at Red 7, 10pm-ish, we are playing again, with 140% more headbanging and non-robotic stage antics, and two power kicks guaranteed. Leaping is optional, but certainly possible. Verification that we are playing listed on Red 7's page. And for those that missed it, our page has songs to listen to and hideous layout to admire. And for shopgrrrl, I discussed it with the band and we decided that the birthday kid can come too.

Just a late note to let you know I'll be playing with CockVanDyke at Woody's South this (Tuesday the 26th) evening. It will be a short-ish set, going on some time after 9:30pm. http://www.woodyssouth.com http://myspace.com/cockvandyke This is our first gig, although I don't expect any trainwrecks. We also play at Red 7 on friday evening, but I will remind you again, surely. I've been on stage plenty, but it has been a while since I have performed with a band, and I am looking forward to it. I'll spare you the tale of getting and keeping a drummer for this band, but it has been a real pain and we finally get to reap a little reward.
